GI-NI provides policy proposals and commentary in our Policy Briefs series. This new report (D8.2) elaborates further on our approach by proposing the adoption of broad governance strategies in the EU, including voluntary cooperation, coercion, and market-based strategies, to mitigate systemic inequalities and support transformative policies such as lifelong learning and skill development. By aligning governance modes with institutional capacities at the EU, national, and regional levels, it underscores the necessity of fostering coherence across policy domains while enabling targeted and localized solutions.
